Next, at Shanghai's most famous silk museum, you'll learn about how silk is produced. You'll learn about how the process starts with the silkworm, which can produce over 3,280 feed of silk thread.

While visiting the Yuyuan Garden and Shanghai Old Street, you'll see classic statues, ornaments, and flatware from the Ming and Qing dynasties. Lastly, a short hop will bring you to Tianzifang, dubbed the SOHO of Shanghai. In the 1950s, it was a lane factory, today it features nearly 100 companies from 18 countries, specializing in interior design and industrial design.
