Overview

Be picked up at Hangzhou hotel lobby / station in the morning, drive to Shaoxing for about one hour.

we will follow the custom to have a lake cruise in Black Awning Boat in the inner river of the town. Along the river, you will see the local people’s style of living and the bustling local bazaar.

At around noon, you will have lunch in a local restaurant.

Then we will continue our trip to visit the Orchid Pavilion and Shenyuan. Shen Garden with the gorgeous classical buildings and bridges and wonderful scenery and famous for the story about poet Lu You and his lover. On a short walk to the Lanting Orchid Pavilion. It is rounded by mighty mountains, trees are flourishing, and bamboos are dense. it is the place calligrapher Wang Xizhi in East Jin Dynasty wrote his masterpiece.

Back to Hangzhou after the tour.
