What To Expect

Shanghai

Your private English speaking driver will meet you in the lobby of hotel. ( Driver with English speaking skills , not a guide, but it is quite enough for your self-guide trip, because driver has translator APP) . Then directly heading to Zhujiajiao water town , it will take about 1.5 hours riding if without heavy traffic .

Zhujiajiao Ancient Town

After arrival , you will start the self-guide tour in the Zhijiajiao water town which is best-preserved among the four ancient towns in Shanghai. Unique old bridges across bubbling streams, small rivers shaded by willow trees, and houses with courtyards attached all transport people who have been living amidst the bustle and hustle of the modern big city to a brand-new world full of antiquity, leisure and tranquillity. Three points can not miss out : Bridges in Zhujiajiao Water Town, North Street - Ancient Street and Kezhi Garden. You also can enjoy a boat riding on the canal to see beautiful surrounding .

After exploring the water town, you can Try some local snacks or have a nice lunch in a local restaurant beside canal before we departure for highlights of shanghai.
