What To Expect

The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses

This day trip from Xi'an would end relatively late. To keep energetic to enjoy the tour, the departure time will be a little bit late, which is at around 10:00. You can sleep until wake up naturally and enjoy a breakfast leisurely. Then meet your guide at your hotel lobby at the appointed time. A comfortable and capacious chauffeur-driven van will transfer you to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. With one hour on the way, your expert guide will give you some background information of the world wonder that you are going to explore. Follow your guide to see the three excavated pits with more than 8,000 pottery soldiers, horses, and chariots in total, and then the Bronze Chariots and Horses Exhibition Hall. You will have at least two and a half hours to explore this significant site.

Huaqing Palace

Then drive you to the nearby Huaqing Hot Spring. It is also called Huaqing Palace, which is favored for its scenic beauty and palace complex, becoming well-known as the spa place for Concubine Yang of the Tang (618-907) Emperor Xuanzong. Your guide will tell you about the romantic love story of Xuanzong and Yang Yuhuan. Dinner will be arranged by yourself.
