What To Expect

Giant Panda Breeding Research Base (Xiongmao Jidi)

In the morning, your tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel within the 3rd ring of Chengdu, and then drive you to Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding (also known as Chengdu Panda Base) which is the best possible environment for conservastion and breeding. Here, you can explore the daily life of the cute pandas and see them eating bamboo at during their most active hours (from 9am to 11am).

Wangjianglou Park

In the afternoon, continue to visit Wangjianglou Park where you will learn renowned Chinese Kung Fu from the masters. Chinese Kung Fu, also known as Wushu or martial arts, is a cultural heritage that has enriched Chinese people for over 2,000 years of history. Kung Fu emphasizes on the external movements and full display of the internal temperament, mental attitude, and potential of the human being. With its graceful movements and salubrious effects on health, it has a strong appeal to a vast multitude of people. Latter, you will be guided to visit the Kuanzhai Alley, which is a preserved area with refurbishment where you can see typical grey bricks used to construct buildings in ancient Chengdu. Take your time strolling through the alley to get an insight of Chengdu’s past time. Afterwards, you will be transferred back to your hotel where this tour concludes.
