Overview

This route is specially designed as an extension to the classic visit to the karstic landscapes of the Li river in Guilin / Yangshuo.

From Yangshuo, a bamboo boat navigation begins along the low course of the Li River, permanently flanked by the karstic landscape, and then embark on the immersion to Cantonese lands: the idyllic town of Huangyao anchored in the past, the open city of Wuzhou and historical knot of commercial interconnection along the old waterways, the broad Pearl River Delta and its arms along Canton until it flows into the South China Sea, the area of the Kaiping Region and its bizarre air fortress buildings Diaolou semicoloniales, and finally arrive at the beating heart of Canton, its capital Guangzhou, and more dynamic and intense megapolis in the south of the country.
