What To Expect

The Bund
Your tour guide will meet you at your hotel at 09:00 a.m.. Then, we will transfer to the Bund and start the wonderful Shanghai Private Tour.
The Bund is a famous waterfront on the west bank of Huangpu River and regarded as the symbol of Shanghai. Here, the charm of Shanghai as a bustling metropolis combining the century-old history and flourishing future is fully presented, making the Bund Shanghai a must-see attraction. We will see the 26 various buildings of different architectural styles at the Bund. Such as Peace Hotel, Shanghai Customs House and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank. We will see Sculpture on the Bund, Monument to the People's Heroes, Huangpu Park and Waibaidu Bridge. We also can appreciate high rises across the Huangpu River.

Waibaidu Bridge is always a romantic place for lovers. As a shooting place for many TV series and films, it has a special appeal for those who have an old-Shanghai complex.
Waibaidu Bridge is one of the landmarks of the old city of Shanghai, spanning the Suzhou Creek, and at the confluence of this creek with the Huangpu River. It is the earliest and largest steel bridge in the city, stretching from north to south.

Then, we will transfer to Pudong New Area through the sightseeing tunnel.
Bund Sightseeing Tunnel, the first visitor tunnel under Huangpu River in China, connects the Bund and Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone. It just takes 3-5 minutes to travel through the tunnel, passengers can appreciate fascinating visual effects with a variety of sounds accompany them. Driverless carriages are used, and passengers have a wide vista from them. This enables the passengers to feel they are transported an “explorer”.

Pudong New Area
As a new and bustling district, Pudong offers visitors some of the most modern attractions, businesses, skyscrapers and shopping malls, all featuring the latest in entertainment, technology and fashion.
We will walk along Lujiazui Ring Bridge which is good place to photograph skyscrapers.

Shanghai World Financial Center
Standing in the center of Lujiazui in Pudong and neighboring Shanghai Tower and Jin Mao Tower, Shanghai World Financial Center (SWFC) is the second tallest skyscraper in the city up to now. From the exterior, the structure looks like a bottle opener and that's exactly its nickname.
For tourists, it's more of a hot attraction featuring the sightseeing observatories and the Park Hyatt Hotel.
Three observation decks offer different experiences at the 94th, 97th, and 100th floors. The 100th floor is the highest observatory in the world, with transparent glass-walled walkways.

Then, we will transfer to Yuyuan Old Street and Enjoy a traditional Chinese dim sum - Xiaolongbao for lunch.

Yuyuan Old Street
Shanghai Old Street, historically called Miaoqian Dajie, is an old business street that has a combination of tourist attractions, shops, entertainment and cultural exhibits. It owes its special social attractions and rich commercial background to the fact that the earliest bank, gold shop, jeweler's store, wine shop and tea house of the city were all to be found here. Visiting the old alleys of Shanghai is a great way to discover the traditional culture of this city and experience the real life of the Shanghainese.
Then, we will transfer to M50 Creative Park where we will find a significant group of contemporary art galleries, cafes and craft shops.

In the characteristic industrial buildings of a former textile mill you will find a significant group of contemporary art galleries, cafes and craft shops.
The roster of galleries comes and goes. Some are tucked away upstairs in the buildings alongside other creative businesses so it is a good place to explore. From a quality point of view look out for ShangART who have two venues here, Chronos Art Centre, who specilise in new media; A+ and Antenna Space have also created large and good looking exhibition environments, preserving the character of the buildings.

China Art Museum
The museum was transformed from the China Pavilion of the Expo 2010 Shanghai, an upside-down red pyramid. A visit is worth it just for the extravagant building and its vistas of the city. It is dedicated to demonstrate the masterpieces of a number of China's modern and contemporary artists. Works on display span modern and contemporary periods, and there are numerous temporary exhibitions, including touring shows from abroad.
The stunning highlight of the museum is the multimedia replica of the famous painting ‘Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival’ one thousand years ago, which vividly shows the life of all social sectors at that time.
Then, we will continue to the site of the Shanghai Expo 2010, a park that offers a variety of exhibits about Chinese culture.
