What To Expect

Your driver will pick you up from your Qingdao city hotels lobby and take you to the Qingdao Railway Station. You will take the morning train to Jinan which takes about 2 hours.

Upon arrival, your tour guide will hold your name sign waiting at the exit of the arrival hall, you will be transferred to Baotu Spring directly.

Baotu Spring Park

According to experts' research, Baotu Spring has a history of 3,543 years, dating back to the Shang Dynasty (16th –11th BC). The spring retains its temperature at 18 degree Celsius (64.4 degree Fahrenheit) all year round. Stroll around the pavilions and courtyards in the park, listen as your knowledgeable guide offers an interesting introduction to the park’s history.

Furong Ancient Street

Move on to Furong Ancient Street where merchants have conducted business for over 2,000 years.There was a broad mix of shops and eateries. Walk along the street to check out varies Chinese snacks, feel free to try some of them(at your own cost).

Daming Lake

Enjoy a delicious lunch in the restaurant which is famous for Shandong cuisine.

Next, heading to Daming Lake. Daming Lake is a large natural lake formed from a number of springs. The lake is surrounded by a park with an ensemble of historical buildings, including pavilions, temples, gardens, bridges, etc. Over the centuries, Daming Lake has inspired many poets, painters, calligraphers, and scholars. Spend some leisure time here to enjoy the peaceful park.

After the tour finished, your tour guide will take you to Jinan Railway Station for your train back to Qingdao (approx. 2 hours). Once arrives, your driver will pick you up at Qingdao Railway Station and transfer you back to your hotel in Qingdao City.

You also can choose to end your tour in Jinan.
