Beihai Park (Beihai Gongyuan)
The earliest imperial garden in Beijing surrounded by a lovely lake. The White Pagoda tickets is included. A Buddhism Temple along the Lake with charming courtyards.

The Nine Dragon Screen of Beihai
Nine Dragon carvings and very colorful glazed tiles in the northern side of the Beihai park. In the Summer you can take a boat to across the lake. It takes you about 30 minutes walking from White Pagoda. If you access the park from the northern Gate is on the right hand side for a just 10 minutes walking. A good spot to watch locals does taichi, dancing and singing in the early morning.

If you plan to visit the Nine Dragon Screen of Beihai Park and taichi watching. You can access from here. Otherwise you should access the Park from the South Main Gate. The White Pagoda is closer to the South Gate of Beihai park.
