Overview

You will take the high speed train to visit the World Natural and Cultural heritage-Emei Buddhist mountain and Leshan Grand Buddhist which listed by UNESCO in 1996. Leshan Giant Buddha, the largest stone sculpture of Buddha in the world, sits at the confluence of the Minjiang river, Dadu river and Qingyi river.It has been very well preserved during the past 1,207 years. Emeishan(the Beauty Brow Mountain) is one of the four holy Buddhist mountains .It enjoys a worldwide fame as the most beautiful Buddhist mountain in China. Historical monasteries hidden in the mountains, rare plant species and a lot of wild creatures make this mountain well known not only for its Buddhist culture but also the attractive natural scenery.
