Leshan Giant Buddha (Da Fo)

Our guide will meet you at your hotel around 8:00am, then drive about 2.5 hours to visit the Giant Buddha at Leshan. We will take the boat trip to have an unforgettable panoramic view of the huge Buddha statue.

After visiting the Giant Buddha, we will head to a local laid-back town which keeps the traditional countryside lifestyles far away from the fast urbanization of China. Walking in the town, we can see the traditional workshops such the blacksmith's, bamboo workshop, barber shop etc. Enjoying a cup of tea while chatting and sharing stories with the friendly local people in an old teahouse, afterwards, visiting a hundred-year-old courtyard whose owners are proud of the heritage and readily to share the story of the house and family.
