Overview

Our tour starts in Kunming, capital of Yunnan province and a historical and cultural city. Local people also call it “Spring City ” because its climate is like spring all year round. In this trip we will show you Kunming’s hidden side. You will visit Yuantong Temple first, the oldest and biggest temple in Kunming and the center-point of Buddhism in Yunnan. Then you will visit the Jingxing Bird and flower market, an interesting place full of life will show you the Old Kunming’s way of life. Afterwards you will explore the Western Hills, where you can visit temples carved on the side of a natural cliff and admire a big panoramic view of Kunming. Next to the dragon gate you will also find the largest Taoist grotto of Yunnan.
