What To Expect

The Grand Canyon of Zhangjiajie
1. Pick up at your hotel about 8:00 am. Our local expert guide will take you to start the adventure trip to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. which is famous with explorers and lovers of nature from home and abroad, by featuring typical Zhangjiajie land form, breathtaking cliffs, lush forests, ancient caves, colorful ponds, and a river running through the canyon.

2.The canyon is ideal for exciting adventures by hiking, boating, challenging the strop sliding. And walking on the world's highest, longest glass bridge (400m, Elevation: 320m). This hiking tour is about 5-6 km, and it will take about 2.5 hours.

Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park
3.In the afternoon transfer to the city proper, take the longest cable car to visit Tianmen Mountain, which is 8 kilometers from the urban district, Tianmen Mountain is regarded as the symbol and soul of Zhangjiajie. Tianmen Mountain is the first recorded mountain in the history of Zhangjiajie. The highest peak is around 1518.6 meters above sea level. The mountain is named after the natural huge cave half way up the mountain just like a gate to the heaven, hence, the name Heavenly Gate Mountain - Tianmen Mountian.
