Overview

Our driver will pick you up at hotel lobby. Take about 1.5 hour’s drive from Beijing City to Huanghuacheng Great Wall and hike on the wall as long as you can. It's one of the most ruined sections of the wall in Beijing. It has become popular with hikers in recent years. This section of the great wall is about 1000 meters long and connecting Juyongguan Pass Great Wall and Badaling Great Wall in the west and Jiankou Great Wall and Mutianuyu Great Wall in the east. Now it is a quite challenge to climb the wall since it is overgrown and treacherous.After the tour, transfer you back to hotel.

What To Expect

Great Wall at Huanghuacheng

The driver will pick you up at your hotel (Driver will put your name on a paper ,waiting for you in hotel lobby, Please look for our driver with your name ).This tour begins with pickup from your central Beijing hotel at a time of your choosing. Traveling by comfortable private vehicle, set out on the around 1.5-hour drive.

Upon arrival, your driver will assist with tickets and then leave you to explore independently. Depending on your arrival time, you typically have around three hours at the wall to hike and take photos.
Back in Beijing, your tour ends with drop-off at your hotel.

The start time is flexible. Please inform us if you want to start other time.

Great trip to Huanghuacheng

Driver picked us up and dropped us off at the Grand Hyatt. He was punctual, professional, and spoke a little english to my friends even though I am fluent in Chinese. At the site he took us to where we enter the wall, pointed out several restaurants, and remained accessible if we needed help which was all we wanted. Will recommend to all associates.

Very short notice booking after a short layover in Beijing. Very efficient and smooth pick up, very comfortable and pleasant drive.

Driver had good conversational English and provided fresh fruit and water which was very much appreciated.

On arrival my driver organised all payments for entry and gave good advice on where to explore and then left me to it!

We are a family of 7 (5 sisters and 2 nephews)
Have engaged Jack for 3 private transports to Great Wall of China:Simatai/GubeiZhen, HuanghuaCheng, Mutianyu.
Very pleased with services provided. He is punctual, polite and informative. The Mpv is new, clean and comfortable for 7 adults.
He was patient too as we were very late in returning to the meeting place during our evening trekking in Simatai.
