Sunny was a great guide, food was awesome and river cruise at the end of evening was the perfect ending. The city in lights is too beautiful to be able to describe.
Visit with my artist

Had an amazing food tour by Lily in January. We had a private tour, also due to the fact that we wanted some privacy. We were on a super tight travel schedule So only had a small window in which we could do the tour.

We ended up having some delays at the airport, but that was absolutely no problem for Lily. She just waited until we arrived, and didn’t compensate on the quality of the tour.

Lily took us to the most amazing food places. Her knowledge of the food and the city is outstanding. She even took us to places on request because my artist really likes Dumplings, so we went to an extra restaurant.

After that she guided us on our request to a sky bar on the Bund, and dropped us off at the drop off point (maglev station). Where we went back straight to the airport.

Could definitely recommend a tour from sunny tours with Lily as a tour guide.
Awesome Experience

My wife and I had a great time with Lily. She was very informative and shared a lot of Shanghai history and cultural influence. The food choices were delicious, plentiful, and gave a nice flavourful introduction into Shanghai cuisine. Then to end the night with a cruise on the river viewing the the beautiful architecture and Shanghai lights was absolutely breathtaking. Definitely recommend this tour and will absolutely do it again.
If I could give this tour 10+ I would!

This was an incredible tour; it was a fantastic introduction to the Chinese culture. Without our fabulous tour guides Emma and Lily, we would never have got to visit the local food stalls and establishments they took us too. The ladies are clearly very proud and rightly so of their heritage and very happy to share this with us. They took us to local street food venders and restaurants. The food was incredible.
I have a few dietary requirements that I was a little concern about, but I really didn’t need to worry. I cannot put into words how much we enjoyed this experience; it really made our trip and we would highly recommend this to anyone who was visiting Shanghai.

This tour is suitable for families, couples and groups.
Incredible Cultural Immersive Experience

The tour Lily gave us really was over the top. First, she went and picked us up from our hotel. Then, explained what was going to happen during the tour, and once that was all said we departed.

She took us to 6-7 amazing food restaurants/stands and explained, in a very detailed way, the story behind the restaurants and the food. Every time we had to walk to the next spot she would tell us a very accurate timeframe just so we knew how far it was, and ask if we wanted to walk it, or order a taxi instead; plus, she would tell us about the culture and the city itself whilst traveling to the next destination. Once we got to the Ferry for the final part of the tour, she kept on explaining and answering all of our inquiries, always with a smile and the best attitude.

All in all, this tour is a must if you want to try a lot of different traditional foods, which are all amazing by the way, and want to learn about the culture in Shanghai. Nothing stressful or tiring.

Just a tip: You'll eat a lot of food on this tour, so have a light to no breakfast. :) You'll wish you had a second stomach from the exquisiteness of it all.
