Excellent Xi’an

Having Lin tour us around Xi’an is probably the greatest highlight of our trip. We could tell she is passionate for both her city and her craft. She was patient with our need to start late and was sensitive to our interests and questions (We like learning about little details related to history.). All the sights were great, but meeting and finding a friend in Lin made them memorable.
Nice rainy day

We had an excellent time while on this tour. We were picked up at the train station and taken directly to the terracotta worriers. The guide,Lin, was very knowledgable and spoke very clear english. We had a delicious meal and tea tasting before heading to the city wall. Then we saw the small wild goose Pagoda and the Muslim quarter. Finally, we were dropped off at the train station and shown exactly were to board our train. I believe this tour went above and beyond our expectations and we would highly recommend it!
Well worth the cost of the tour for single traveller

I had a great day. My tour guide Dodo was professional, knowledgeable and friendly with fluent English. As I'de been to the City Wall the previous day, Dodo changed the schedule to accomodate my wishes and added in a tea ceremony. I went to Xi'an to see the Terracotta Warriors, which were amazing, and I found so much more! I'm happy that I travelled in December, as I think peak season would be unbearable with the crowds. If I was to do it it again, I think I would like more time in the Muslim Quarter, and perhaps eat in the Quarter rather than the noodle house, although the noodles were delicious! I highly recommend this tour, as it takes all the stress out of getting to the sites and buying tickets.
Terracotta Warriors.

Spent my whole adult life dreaming about visiting the Terracotta Warriors home and it way exceeded my expectations. Such an interesting story behind them not to mention how they were found. The only negative i could say about the experience is that I would have love to have been able to walk among them and actually touch them though I realise why this would not be possible due to the damage this would cause.
