What To Expect

Xishuangbanna Dai Nationality Garden
Within the Dai Ethnic Garden, five Dai villages - Manjiang, Manchunman, Manting, ManZha, and Manga - cover an area of 3.36 square kilometers and consist of 309 families, or 1487 individual villagers.
The well-proportioned bamboo-constructed houses of the Dai people are dotted here and there, hidden in the coconut palms, Areca Catechu palms, mango trees, Litchi trees, Bombay Blackwood, and pomelo trees. Here, visitors have a unique opportunity to experience the traditional culture and hospitality of the friendly Dai people.

Jinuo Mountain
Jinuo Mountain village As one of six mountain hills of Pu’er Tea, over 18,000 diligent and brave Jinuo people reside here. They live in bamboo buildings hidden among green leaves. In their own language, Jinuo means “the ethnic group that respects the uncle”. The mountain villages are built on the top of the mountain or at half mountainside. Surrounded by the forest, it has unique tropical rainforest sights. Around is the national nature reserve, you can fall across various animals and hear the singing of birds when traveling in the mountain villages.
